The Packwood House Museum

The Packwood House Museum is one of Pennsylvania’s premiere historic house museums that possesses a 10,000-piece decorative arts collection of 18th-20th century American antiques.  First constructed in 1799, the 27-room museum specializes in artifacts from around the central Pennsylvania region, including quilts, furniture, glass, ceramics, paintings, deeds, and numerous international pieces.  Guided tours are offered.  The tour center features an introductory exhibit, gift shop, gallery for changing exhibits, and space for programs for children and adults.  It is located at 15 North Water Street, Lewisburg. The Tour Center and Gallery are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call or visit our website for tour times and availability.
